Bringing Eye Care Closer to Employees
Regular eye check-ups play an important role in maintaining healthy vision and detecting eye problems at an early stage. To promote accessible eye care among employees, Deesha Education Foundation, through Deesha Group’s Mobile Eye Care Unit, organized a Free Eye Check-up Camp on 22 July 2026 at the Sub-Divisional Office, Pusad.
The camp provided comprehensive eye screening services to 95 employees, bringing quality eye care directly to their workplace.
Camp Inauguration
The camp was inaugurated by Mr. Ashish Bijwal, Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO), Pusad, who highlighted the importance of regular eye examinations and accessible healthcare services for employees.
Comprehensive Eye Screening
During the camp, employees underwent comprehensive eye examinations, including vision assessment, refraction and screening for common eye conditions. Employees requiring further evaluation or treatment were guided and referred for appropriate consultation and care.
The Team Behind the Initiative
Under the guidance of Mr. Swapnil Arun Gawande, Founder of Deesha Group, the camp was successfully conducted by the Deesha Mobile Eye Care Unit team, who provided eye examinations, professional guidance, and eye health awareness to the employees
Promoting Eye Health & Eye Donation Awareness
The camp also focused on creating awareness about regular eye check-ups, preventive eye care, and the importance of eye donation. Employees were encouraged to take timely care of their eye health and support the noble cause of eye donation.
